Ingredients - 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 40 g (¼ cup) good quality white chocolate
- 1 tbsp (be generous!) smooth Biscoff spread
- 1 Biscoff biscuit and whipped
cream, for topping (optional) | Method1. Pour your milk into a pan and gently heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. 2. While the milk is warming up, chop up your white chocolate. 3. When your milk is gently steaming, tip in your chopped white chocolate and stir to melt. 4. Add in your Biscoff spread and whisk until completely dissolved and combined. 5. Reheat your hot chocolate until just starting to bubble at the edges, a couple of minutes. Pour into your mug and top with whipped cream and/or crumbled Biscoff biscuit, if desired. |
