Pineapple & Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) pineapple, frozen
  • 1 tbs fresh mint
  • ½ cup(s) skim or soy milk
  • ½ cup(s) Greek-style natural yoghurt

Method

Blend frozen pineapple pieces with 4 large fresh mint leaves, milk, and yoghurt until smooth.
